Reservations can be made directly with the Ginn Hammock Beach Resort by calling the hotel’s toll-free number, (866) 453-2227 and reference Florida Nursery, Growers & Landscape Association (FNGLA) for our special group rates.

Reservations must be made before Wednesday, May 27, 2009, to receive group rates. Cancellations must be made within five (5) business days of arrival date. In the case of a no show, individuals will be responsible for one night’s charge.

A 7% sales tax, 3% occupancy tax and a service charge of 9.75% per day will be added to cover all gratuities for bellman, housekeeping, valet parking, personal concierge, high speed internet in all guest suites, wireless internet in designated locations, access to 4,000 sq. ft. fitness center and health spa, daily newspaper, local & toll free calls, use of the business center, beach chairs, pool floats as well as on-site transportation to all Hammock Beach amenities.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Prior to the resort's check-in time of 4:00 p.m., FNGLA attendees and guests will have priority on clean, prepared rooms as they become available. The resort will arrange to check baggage on a complimentary basis for guests arriving before check-in for whom rooms are not available, and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.

Travel Time: 30 minutes

• Take International Blvd to I-95 North
• Exit I-95 at #289 (Palm Coast and Beaches)
• Turn right (east) o Palm Coast Parkway
• Cross toll bridge - $2 (minimum) toll, cash only
• At the third stop sign, turn right on 16th Road
• Take the first left to the guard gate entrance of Ginn Hammock Beach Resort

From Jacksonville Airport
Travel Time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

• Follow signs for I-95 South
• Exit I-95 at #289 (Palm Coast and Beaches)
• Turn right (east) o Palm Coast Parkway
• Cross toll bridge - $2 (minimum) toll, cash only
• At the third stop sign, turn right on 16th Road
• Take the first left to the guard gate entrance of Ginn Hammock Beach Resort

From Orlando Airport
Travel Time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

• Take the North Exit Road from Orlando International Airport to SR 528 (Beeline Expressway)
• Take SR 528 (Beeline Expressway) West to I-4
• Take I-4 East to I-95 North
• Exit I-95 at #289 (Palm Coast and Beaches)
• Turn right (east) o Palm Coast Parkway
• Cross toll bridge - $2 (minimum) toll, cash only
