It's time to tell the story of how plants get their start and the Epcot® International Flower and Garden Festival is the right place to do just that. FNGLA, Disney's Horticulture team, Harry P. Leu Gardens and the UF-IFAS extension have teamed up to showcase the newest flowering plant releases and the greatest innovations in the Floriculture Industry.
Held in conjunction with FNGLA's Tropical Plant Industry Exhibition (TPIE) each January, TPIE's Short Course links industry professional seeking top-quality educational programming with the programs they need to increase their knowledge. The program offers a strong focus for the Interiorscape Industry. Attendees gain insight on the latest trends and innovations in design, sales and customer service.
An integral part of The Landscape Show, FNGLA hosts The Knowledge College - in-depth education targeting current issues and business topics relevant to the show's audience of Retail Garden Center Professionals, Landscapers, Landscape Designers, Woody Ornamental Growers, City and municipality personnel, Growers, and anyone intersted in furthering their kowledge of the issues and topics affecting Florida's nursery and landscape industry. Continuing Education Units (known commonly as CEUs) are awarded for many industry certification programs including FNGLA's own programs: FNGLA Certified Horticulture Professionals (FCHP) and manytimes FNGLA's Landscape Certifications (FCLC, FCLT, FCLD).
