Confirmation:  Guests will receive an immediate e-mail stating their request has been received.  Within 5 business days, they will receive a second e-mail providing a confirmation number.

Modifications:  Guests need to wait for their confirmation number to make changes or cancel their reservation.  Modifications or cancellations must be made by phone.

Booking nights outside of the contracted block:  Guests may enter their request for additional days and hotel will confirm the availability with the second e-mail.

Booking after the cutoff date:  The online site is only available up to hotel cutoff date – April 10th and reservations requested after that time must be made via phone call to group reservations.
