Get In The Green Zone At The Landscape Show!

The Landscape Show offers one-stop shopping for green information, resources and products.  The Green Zone is a convenient gathering of organizations who can offer practical information related to energy and water conservation, recycling and potential certification points and credits available through landscaping and associated water conservation. 

Groups participating include Florida Water Star, Florida Green Building Coalition, Florida Yards & Neighborhoods, Irrigation Association, Florida Dept. of Environmental Protection and Florida Automated Weather Network.

In addition, the Green Zone will feature the Sustainable Solutions Showcase, highlighting exhibitor products and services which are sustainable and environmentally friendly.  This helpful showcase is sponsored by Farm Credit Associations of Florida.

You’ll find specific models of landscapes demonstrating how to receive the most certification points and credits via programs such as LEEDS and Water Star.  A “Green Concierge” will be available in the Green Zone to answer questions and help direct you to appropriate resources related to your Green questions and requests.

In the Green Zone you can tour an environmentally-friendly business office, sponsored by Capital Office Products, showcasing various products and processes to make your office more green.

The Green Zone is located in the main lobby outside of the entrance into exhibit Hall E.  It will be open from 9 am – 5 pm on Thursday and Friday and 9 am – 2 pm on Saturday.
